ETC

Electronic toll collection (ETC) is a contactless toll collection method without mediation of a toll attendant in which the toll collection process is conducted by means of an ETC-device mounted on the windshield of the driver's car and the antenna in the toll lane. The ETC-device can be used by users of all vehicle categories (IA, I, II, III and IV).

ETC - device can be used as electronic media for toll collection on the following motorways:

A1 Zagreb - Split - Dubrovnik Motorway
A3 Bregana - Zagreb - Lipovac Motorway
A4 Zagreb - Goričan Motorway
A5 Beli Manastir - Osijek - Bosnia and Herzegovina Motorway
A6 Rijeka - Zagreb Motorway
A7 Rupa - Križišće Motorway
A10 Ploče - Bosnia and Herzegovina Border
A11 Zagreb - Sisak Motorway
D425 Ploče - Karamatići

on Istrian "Y" Motorway that is operated by Bina Istra, subject to the open BINA ISTRA ENC user account.

At peak traffic volumes at toll plazas the company Hrvatske Autoceste d.o.o. reserves the right to convert the toll lanes reserved for ETC into combined toll lanes where toll can be paid using an ETC device, by credit cards, foreign and national currency as well as with SMART card which should make the road speed at toll plazas greater.

ETC seasonal

Model pre-paid (seasonal subscription)

To be able to use seasonal discount, it is necessary to have seasonal subscription model
Discount of 33,48 % in the seasonal period (from 1 November to 31 March) with the minimum required payment in the stated period, Minimum amount of payment
The rest of the year (1 April to 31 October) the device is used with the 21.74% discount
On 1 November increased the balance on the subscription account for the difference bewtween the discounts of 21,74% and 33,48%
On 31 March decrease of the balance on the subscription account for the difference between discounts of 33,48% and 21,74%

ETC packages (ENC)

The ENC package is a product consisting of an ENC OBU on which the toll value is stored with a calculated discount of 21.74%. The ENC OBU comes with a device holder. The ENC package can be used immediately to pay tolls on motorways managed by Hrvatske Autoceste d.o.o. (HAC). After the used toll amount, it is necessary to top up the account to be able to continue using the ENC OBU. The device warranty period is 2 years after the date of purchase.

The offer includes three types of ENC packages for Group I vehicles: Package S, M and L and for Group II. vehicle group Package L2.

SMS vouchers

By purchasing one of the four offered SMS vouchers 20 €, 50 € , 100 € i 160 €, you can simply top up your ENC device with the calculated discount of 21.74%, by sending a text message with the content "secret number - ENC number" to the number 611000.
SMS vouchers can be purchased at the premises of Hrvatske Autoceste d. o.o. during office hours, and at the following outlets: TISAK, INA, CRODUX DERIVATI, TIFON, PETROL, SHELL, LUKOIL, ZAGREBAČKA BANKA, iNOVINE, HRVATSKA POŠTA i HRVATSKA POŠTANSKA BANKA. Users of the ENC SMS service pay for the sent SMS message according to the standard price list of the telecom operator whose service they use.

Replenishing the ETC device (ENC) via text message (SMS service)

Enter the 14-digit voucher code into the text message
After the dash enter the first 12 digits from your ETC device (the number is on the left side of the device)

Topping up your ENC account using HAC ENC app

Now you can do it simply, at any time and without delay by downloading the application and topping up your ENC account with your mobile phone.

Replenishing the ETC device (ENC) via Internet banking

ETC account may be replenished via Internet banking through a transaction on:

IBAN: HR1523400091502010330 where the reference number should list the first 12 digits from the ETC device
by creating a quotation via toll collection web portal https://prodaja.hac.hr/ with the displayed reference number

ENC account top-up via Aircash app

ENC account can be topped up in just one click without extra charge and with the existing discount of 21,47%.

Download the app from Google Play or App Store and create your profile.
Deposit the amount onto Aircash wallet in cash or by card.
Under services choose ENC device and enter 12-digit code of ENC on board unit and your email.
Enter the amount and your ENC account is immediately topped up.
