a) ETC account via Internet may be supplemented via Internet by using the user id and a password on web page https://prodaja.hac.hr/ or by non-cash payment to the HAC giro account No. 2340009-1502010330, wherein the position number shall indicate first 12 figures from the subject ETC device.

2) I would like to know whether there is a difference in the price of an ETC device according to vehicle categories?

b) The price of ETC device is HRK 122 regardless of vehicle category.

3) Is there an ETC for II vehicle category?

c) There is no ETC device for II vehicle catetgory as yet.

4) Is there a discount for the use of an ETC device?

d) While making each payment to the prepaid user account, one is entitled to a 10% discount.

5) How can one be entitled to a 23.5 % discount?

e) A 23.5% discount can be obtained using seasonal ETC device in the period from November 1 of the current year to March 31 of the following year. During the rest of the year, ETC device may be used with a 10% discount.

6) How can I get a R1 receipt?

f) R1 receipt can be obtained by sending the toll receipts with the personal dana / company info (monthly or once in two months…) to the following address: Hrvatske autoceste d.o.o. Sektor za naplatu cestarine, Širolina 4., 10 000 Zagreb. Furthermore, the registered users of ETC devices / smart cards will be given a R1 receipt while making a new payment at the point of sale or if paying via Internet banking monthly to the home address.

7) How can I check the balance of account on ETC device / smart card?

g) The balance on ETC account / smart card can be verified by using the user id and password via web page https://prodaja.hac.hr/ , and by dialing the INFO phone number 0800 – 0422, or at the points of sale of the company Hrvatske autoceste d.o.o.

8) Where can I purchase ETC device / a smart card?

h) ETC device / smart card can be purchased at fifteen points of sale of the company Hrvatske autoceste d.o.o. http://www.hac.hr/?task=ces&stask=20. Furthermore ETC packages can be purchased at all toll plazas operated by the company Hrvatske autoceste 24/7.

9) What are the working hours of the points of sale?

i) Working hours of points of sale are from 8 am to 4 pm except for POS Ivanja Reka, Sv. Helena and Dugopolje that are open from 7 am to 7 pm.
